A ‘Know your diabetes care’ certificate certified by the Education Centre at Box Hill Hospital will be forwarded to learners who complete all three modules of the programme.

Module Two
Complications

What do I learn?
After printing your Module One certificate you are able to progress to the next phase.
Like the first, the second module, has two parts.

Part A covers the acute complications of diabetes and

Part B covers chronic complications of long-term dysglycaemia. Successful completion of this Module allows the learner to reflect on the module content before progressing to the module three. A certificate for successfully completing Module Two can be printed for the learner’s records.

When can I go onto Module Three?

Only when you have completed Module One and Two can you progress onto the final Module Three.
